As required by the provisions of data protection law and of the German Telemedia Law, this data protection declaration is intended to inform the user of this website of the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator, systec POS-Technology GmbH, Lindberghstrasse 8, 82178 Puchheim.
The website operator takes the protection of your data very seriously and treats your data confidentially and in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Please be aware that, inherently, in transmitting data, there may be security gaps in the Internet. It is not possible to ensure complete protection from access by unauthorised third parties.
2. Treatment of personal data
The website operator collects, uses and stores your personal data strictly according to purpose and then only when this has a legal or contractual basis, for example in order to prepare, implement or process a contract in accordance with articles 5 and 6 of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). No other use will be made of the data and this would require your express consent. This data will only be forwarded to third parties provided that this is permitted by law, the pre-conditions have been fulfilled (e.g. agreement of an order) and you consent to the data being forwarded.
As a matter of principle, we only keep your personal data as long as is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected in accordance with this data protection declaration. It may however occur that we are legally obliged to store certain data for a longer period of time. In this case, we will ensure that your personal data is treated in accordance with this data protection declaration during the whole time.

4. Applicants’ data
The data will be stored strictly in accordance with the purpose as part of an application process. Should the position have been filled, the data will be retained with respect to possible review by a court of law on the basis of the German Law on Equal Treatment (AGG) for as long as disputes with candidates who are not considered for the position may be anticipated. As a rule, the period of retention is six months.
The data will only be retained for longer subject to the candidates’ express consent.
Applicants are entitled to receive comprehensive information on the data stored.
5. Cookies
This website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal. Your browser refers to these files. The user-friendliness and security of this website is enhanced through the use of cookies.
Standard browsers can be set so as not to permit cookies. Note: should you resort to settings of this kind, it cannot be guaranteed that you will be able to use all functions without limitations. You will find further information on the use of cookies for advertising under http://www.meine-cookies.org/.
6. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, an Internet analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable you to analyse use of the website. These relate to Google’s own cookies (Google Analytics cookies) and so-called third-party providers’ cookies (double-click cookies). The generation on your use of this website generated by the cookie are generally transmitted to a server in the USA where they are stored.
This website uses IP anonymisation. User’s IP addresses are abbreviated within the European Union and the European Economic Area. This abbreviation eliminates any connection of your IP address to a particular individual. As part of the agreement on processing job data that Google has concluded with website providers, with the aid of the information recorded, Google creates an appraisal of the use of the website and website activity and provides services associated with use of the website.
Only in exceptional circumstances is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA, where it is abbreviated. Google will use this information on behalf of the website operator in order to analyse your use of the website, to assemble reports on activities on the website and to provide additional services associated with use of the website and the Internet, in particular also functions for display advertising, such as Google Analytics’ reports to the website operator on output according to demographic characteristics and interests. Google might also transmit this information to third parties provided that this is permitted by law or should third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
In the Google Analytics reports on output according to demographic characteristics and interests, information and data on visitors are used that are obtained by Google through interest-related advertising from third party providers (such as for example, age, gender and interests). Under no circumstances will Google combine your IP address with other information it has. You can prevent the storage of cookies by an appropriate setting of your browser software; we would however like to draw attention to the fact that in this case you might not be able to make full use of all the functions of this website. Moreover, you can prevent the recording of data generated by the cookie and data based on your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and storing the browser plugin available on the following link [http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de].
7. Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps in order to show a site plan. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. By using this website, you declare your consent to the recording, processing and also the use of the data automatically recorded by Google as well as the use of the data you have entered by Google, one of its representatives or third party providers.
You will find the terms and conditions for the use of Google Maps under Nutzungsbedingungen für Google Maps. You will find comprehensive details in the data protection centre of google.de: Transparenz und Wahlmöglichkeiten as well as Datenschutzbestimmungen.
8. YouTube
Our website uses plugins of the YouTube website operated by Google. The operator of the Internet facility is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. Should you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a link to YouTube’s servers will be established. This will inform the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.
When you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to adapt your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. This can however be prevented by logging out of your YouTube account.
You will find additional information on the treatment of users’ data in YouTube’s data protection declaration under: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy
9. Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
We use the online advertising programme “Google AdWords” and the Conversion Tracking as part of Google AdWords. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). If you click onto one of the advertisements displayed by Google, a cookie for Conversion-Tracking will be installed on your computer. These cookies become invalid after thirty days, do not contain any personal data and cannot therefore be used for reasons of personal identification.
If you visit certain pages on our website and provided the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognise that you have clicked onto the advertisement and have been forwarded to this page. Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This enables cookies to be traced through AdWords customers’ websites.
The information obtained with the aid of the conversion cookie serves to prepare conversion statistics for AdWords’ customers who have decided in favour of Conversion Tracking. This enables customers to establish the total number of users who have clicked onto their website and have been forwarded to a page equipped with a Conversion Tracking tag. They do not however receive any information that would enable them to identify the user personally.
You can object to this use should you not wish to participate in tracking by preventing the installation of the cookies through an appropriate setting of your browser (deactivation facility). You will then not be included in the Conversion-Tracking statistics. You will find additional information as well as Google’s data protection declaration under: http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/, http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
10. SSL encryption
This page uses an SSL encryption for reasons of security and in order to protect the transmission of confidential contents, such as for example the enquiries that you send us as the website operator. You can recognise an encrypted link by the fact that the browser’s address line changes from HTTP:// to HTTPS:// and by the lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
11. Users’ rights: information correction and deletion
As user, you will receive on request and at no cost information on the personal data about you that has been stored. Provided your wish does not conflict with a legal obligation to keep data (e.g. data retention), you are entitled to the correction of incorrect data and to the blocking or deletion of your personal data.
In accordance with Art.7 Paragraph 3 GDPR you have the right to withdraw your given consent at any time for future processing.
In accordance with Art.21 you can object to the future processing of your data at any time. The objection can specifically be made to processing of data for direct marketing purposes.
In accordance with Art.77 GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
